Max Jackson working inside a commercial cannabis greenhouse at Wildcreek Farms — dense flowering canopy, irrigation system, HVAC infrastructure.

Built by Max Jackson. Former licensed cultivator. 13,000 square feet of flowering canopy. Six rooms running perpetual. Trinity County, California.

I tracked all of it on whiteboards, a countdown app, and notes in my phone. Flip is what I wished I had in the room.

Everything else starts with compliance. This doesn't.

I chose Trym. It handled compliance fine—plant counts, harvest manifests, state reporting. But for daily room ops—the flip schedule, what happened between Tuesday and Friday, which rooms were behind—the whiteboard was still better. Not because the software was broken. Because it wasn't built for that job.

Compliance tools track your facility. Flip tracks your rooms.

What's happening right now, the way you've always tracked it—but in a place that doesn't get erased, doesn't walk out the door when someone quits, and doesn't require you to remember what day it is to know what room flips next.

Getting started.

1

Add your rooms.

Flower rooms, veg rooms, clone zone, dry room. Name them the way your team already talks about them.

2

Set your stages.

Cycle length, strain lineup, bench layout. If you're mid-cycle, start from where you are. No clean flip required.

3

You're running.

Day counts start. Harvest dates populate. The dashboard shows your whole facility. Most teams are set up in a single sitting.
